Prestam servicii de presare la rece a fructelor si legumelor cu o atenta selectare si spalare inainte de macinare. Randamentul de presare este intre 55-65% in functie de calitatea si prospetimea produselor. Urmeaza o filtrare usoara iar apoi sucul cu pulpa trece in procesul de pasteurizare la o temperatura de 82°C pentru cel putin 2 min inainte de ambalare. Imbutelierea se face in ambalaje care asigura stabilitate si siguranta sucului oferindu-i valabilitate de cel putin un an. Putem aplica si etichetele cu brandul si informatiile dorite de client.
